We enjoy a strong partnership with Milestone Custom Homes and recently worked with them on this home located in the Cobblestone community. Located in Greenville, SC, this Tuscan-inspired home is all about casual elegance and was designed with a family in mind.

Enjoy a little peek inside this family-friendly home with elegant features and world-class charm.

This 5,500-square-foot home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and gives a nod to Italian design. The exterior of the home features a stone and brick combination with architectural wood detailing along the roofline and custom wood shutters.

The interior of the home features a neutral color palette that creates a classic and casual environment.

As you enter the home, you are greeted with a wood barrel ceiling set against creamy neutral walls that immediately enduce a calming and comfortable feeling. The entry also features an antique Louis Philippe mirror, natural botanicals and an antique Italian rug.

The home's formal living room includes a gorgeous coffered ceiling and plush linen fabrics that complement the serene and neutral color palette. The living room also features dark-stained hardwood flooring and a rustic chandelier. Off of the living room opens a separate dining area that features a stone fireplace with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The exposed wood beams and thin brick floors in the kitchen add a layer of texture and dimension and further allude to the rustic Tuscan design. The kitchen also includes a Bertazzoni Range, custom iron range hood, Caesarstone countertops and a Shaw Original sink. The handmade Winchester tiles from England that make up the backsplash create a stunning focal point.

The master bedroom is another elegant space that features an antique crystal chandelier, limestone fireplace, artwork by Shannon Plourde and elegant drapery. The gray neutral wall color creates a serene and inviting environment, perfect for a wonderful night's sleep.

The kids also have their own personal domains. This little girl's room is fit for a princess with soft girly pink walls, fun accessories and an open dance space complete with a ballet bar.

The back of the home isn't lacking either when it comes to design. The covered porch includes wood planked ceilings, a built-in stone bar area and built-in grill as well as a luxurious in-ground swimming pool just steps away.
